Shipping Costs
You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase. The applicable rates (not exceeding 2Kg) are:
- Spain: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla:
Free - Europe:
Zone 1: Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, England, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

Zone 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovak Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.

Shipping a Package to Countries that are not in the EU
For shipments to countries not specified, send us an email to info@namnala.es and we will confirm the current rate according to regulations.
Please note that depending on the country, there may be extra charges or local customs taxes that will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Times
Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and in the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of those hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Items purchased at www.namnala.es are shipped once payment has been made and verified.
By courier or postal mail with a term of:
- 48 to 72 hours in the peninsula and Andorra, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- 3-7 days Europe.
- 7-10 days other destinations.
- In the case of garments made to order and depending on the country of destination, about 10 days must be added to the period detailed above for their completion.
Pick up in store within 24 hours. If you wish to pick it up at the physical store in Estepona, you must specify it in the order note.
Exchanges and returns
Capsule Collection and Accessories
To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store www.namnala.es from the Capsule Collection or its Accessories, you must request the return by mail to info@namnala.es within a period not exceeding 14 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return. The shipping costs derived from said return must be paid by the customer, returns will not be accepted freight collect.
The articles must be returned in the following conditions:
In its original state, together with any accessories related to them, and may not be used. With their original labels. In its complete original packaging. Attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.

Important note: Until we receive the item, it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by messenger or certified mail and that you keep the shipping receipt.
In the event that www.namnala.es has mistakenly sent an item different from the one requested, please contact us info@namnala.es for return and/or exchange.
In case of special promotions where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer will assume the transport costs of the return.
Knitting Collection
Important: No exchanges or returns are accepted on hand-knitted garments.
